Some hints and tips what to say when you are summonsed to court or reworded that should read invited to a place of business. The Government are a company, so are the Magistrates Court. They have no lawful jurisdiction over you. Listen to these helpful tips below and yes they are for UK courts. Sit back and listen, take notes if need be

Below is an example of  a typical summons from the company trading as the Child Support Agency and proof of how they work in conjunction with the Ministry of Justice in order to reduce child poverty, allegedly.

We are inviting you to come and do business with our joint company the Ministry Of Justice so we can impose some unlawful statutes upon you

We are trying to say that we conned you into thinking you had contracted  with our company and that you have to pay us some money towards our property

My debt... who said it was my debt? So you are going to unlawfully try and enforce a false instrument upon me that prevents me from proving my innocence.

That is a bad Statute

Now they are giving out legal advice. The CSA.CMEC are not licensed to do this. It is imperative that you attend to defend your Common Law rights

Ah an admittance that they are colluding with the Magistrates  by knowing what they may consider as a defence

The only way to stop these court proceedings is to pay the debt in full and you can pay by debit or credit card over the telephone...really wow.

The CSA are not licensed to take credit or debit card payments and why would you give out  those details over the phone, what do the CSA do with that information about your card should you give out your details,? they would keep them which again they have no right to do so

The Magistrates are working for the Agency when we hire the court and the Magistrates for the day. They are then working for the Agency., so they will do what we say .

 We will use false instruments or false laws in order to impose unlawful statutes upon you and we will not allow you to prove your innocence and we will tie the Magistrates hands

 

We will get the order granted as the Magistrates cannot question the Agency so therefore they will have to accept our word is the law and we will remove your rights and put a liability order on you anyway

Below is an alleged Summons from Manchester Magistrates Court. Notice no logo of the courts, more proof the Magistrates are working for the CSA and here we have proof the Clerk to the Justices are working also for the CSA

We are trying ot enforce a Government Statute upon you hoping that you are conditioned to think it is a law and that we can unlawfully remove funds from you

Who is the Secretary of State then? Ah the Government who is also believe it or not ...a company.

 The CSA/CMEC are merely a run for profit business that has had powers transferred to it by the Secretary of State to collect funds on its behalf.

 So where is the signed contract between the Secretary of State and the Non Resident Parent stating that a legal contract has been entered into, in order for it to transfer that contract to the CSA/CMEC. Think about it your being disillusioned  by companies that are con merchants

Our friend M by and on behalf of the Secretary of State, now states that our member is responsible for the matter of complaint of which particulars are given above..

 We can assume that M has a claim against our member, wonder if we can find out what his claim is?

A justices clerk who has signed this is also claiming to be part of the claim. Notice no logo of the courts on here, strange don't you think. This has come from the Agency so it is evidence the Clerk is working for the CSA/CMEC

There you have it a run for profit company colluding with other companies in order to try and impose unlawful statutes upon you. We are having some great results in bringing the CSA down now when it comes to their liability orders and even charging orders as they are not adhering to correct LAWFUL procedures.
