However there are several other complaints procedures you can follow through the CSA and their so called legislation, however the whole system is corrupt and works only in their favour. Tribunals are a farce as they are held in a room using the CSAs own solicitors pretending to be magistrates. There have been so many instances where people have gone into a tribunal and the so called Magistrates have ignored what the non resident parent has to say and grants what ever the CSA want.
