Dear Mr Geraghty
Do you ever stop to think what a complete and utter ass your staff are making you and your organisation out to be.
I'll try and keep things simple so that you can follow the chain of events so far, something the following members of your esteemed organistion have failed miserably in.
1. Initially I received a letter from Hancock demanding £100 for a missed maintenance payment. 2. Your response from Lewis "Unfortunately we are unable to respond to your enquiry via email due to security implications " rubbish! 3. Yet another player to enter the fray: Benson his reply "If you choose not to speak with anybody from the agency that is your choice" 4. Another player Gerrard replied: "We would also like to make you aware that we now accept Credit and debit card payments by telephone." 5. Cohen: This is to acknowledge your email has been received:We would also like to make you aware that we now accept Credit and debit card payments by telephone." 6. Not getting anywhere guess who comes along, yes old faithful Hancock, because you have a child maintenance debt, or have not made a satisfactory agreement with us to pay. "we have asked your employer to set up a Deduction from earnings order" this means they will take payments directly from your earnings, looks like he's spit his dummy out because he's been found out and resorted to your tried and trusted method of extorting money from your victims......., a DEO, oh so predictable. 7. Sheppard replied, at the eleventh hour saying I'd received a stay of execution and that the extra payment would be put on hold. 8. Enter stage left Anderson, now everyone to date knows you'd think what's going on!!! wrong her response: "Unfortunately you did not supply enough personal details for us to trace your case on our computer system" that old chestnut again. 9. After e-mailing you, you passed it on to yet another of your staff a Stephanie Owen, god bless this woman she epitomises everything that's wrong with your organisation. "I hope to complete my investigation into your case within the next four weeks, in the meantime, we will take no action to collect the outstanding arrears", wow I'm getting somewhere me thinks...wrong again!! Oops what arrears!!!!!!!!! Finally I have received the benefit of Ms Owens thorough investigation, has she managed to answer any or all of my queries, not a single one has been addressed, she blathers on about the heavy work loads, we have some way to go, we are improving the level of service, what a complete and utter load of crap. Ms owen has indeed sent me a comprehensive list of all my DEO payments todate ( see Hancock para 6 ) showing that I have paid £34,000 plus in child maintenance payments to date.
There has been no break in payments, no missing payments, so no £100 owed for missed payment ( Hancock para 1 )
Ms Owen claims I've received a grand total of £458.39 in refunds from you, I've yet to receive them, then again I could be wrong, two payments are from 5 years ago.
The latest refund, and here it gets confusing so bear with me, is allegedly for £164.98 why on earth would I get a refund for that amount and what for???? you've never explained where the ficticious £100 I owe you comes from!!!!!!!, then she goes on to say I am in arrears for £264.98 from July.
So I receive an alleged refund of £164.98 + £100 ficticious arrears and voila = £264.98, I smell a rat something is definately not right with her reasoning, or is someone trying to stitch me up!!
Ms owen's still not sure though she's going to get a senior accountant to go through my accounts and identify how these arrears have accrued, what has she been doing for the last 2-3 weeks.
I certainly hope you and everyone who's taking part in this debacle are held accountable for the man hours and money wasted on this farce, all for a measly amount of £100 dreampt up by one of your staff, you and your organisation are as much use as an ash tray on a motor bike.
I suppose I'll have to wait and see what "the senior accountant" comes up with, you never know you might find even more money you've not taken over the years, wouldn't surprise me in the least.
The only possibility, (I shouldn't give you clues but I'm feeling generous) is that "your staff" over the years have miscalculated my payments, something that I couldn't change even if I wanted to, DEO's as you know cannot be altered except by a revision by your staff. Ms Owen's now going to get "the senior accountant" to justify stealing £100 from me, based on calculation errors performed by your staff, a clear case of maladministration and one I'm expected to pay for.
Quote from me in a previous e-mail "Finally, my guess on the outcome of this 4 week trial or investigation, you'll come up with a valid reason in your eyes to make sure that I pay, Ms Owen's hardly likely to confirm what I and everyone who's been reading this saga knows.......power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
Yours sincerely
L.Kelly
