These videos were taken to expose the corruption of the CSA and the new CMEC. We were interviewed by Martin Hossack of DWP Corruption who is our sister site and aims to uncover other types of corruption and collusion within our Government and its use of unlawful Common Purpose to slowly erode away at the British Publics rights, Men’s Rights and our democracy. Why are the CSA summoning the already paying  father to court  to get a liability Order put against him?

 

 Most of you will be asking yourself why are the CSA taking fathers ,apologies those already paying fathers to court to get Liability Orders granted against them. Well we at Dead Beat  Dads Association could not figure this one out, although we have been going into court as Mackenzie Friends for a number of fathers and although winning a few cases it became apparent that the after a certain length of time Magistrates were now beginning to ignore what the Child Support Act actually stated and were now granting Liability Orders on the grounds of hearsay. For those of you who are not familiar with that term it simply means taking the word of one party as the truth despite the fact no evidence is produced. The Constitutional rights of the British Public are innocent until proven guilty, notice the PROVEN bit there. Having tried to illustrate this to one Magistrate that granting an order on the grounds of hearsay is unlawful, however they chose to ignore that and were still granting the order anyway.

  We were told by an usher after one court case that the secretary of state had informed the magistrates that they must grant all Liability Orders that they bring through the system for child support, so by this statement alone  means that the secretary of state is perverting the course of justice.

 

    So the next question was to us, why are they doing this? This took a little bit more in depth research and this is what we found.  We now have an government run agency that are so many billion in debt, they are unable to chase the errant parents or should we say errant fathers, (according to the government dead beat mothers don’t exist) as this has proven to cost them more than they anticipated. The government are unable to disband the agency due to the large debt it will leave behind so they asked Sir David Henshaw
