What is going on?
You think to yourself what is going on with the CSA, nobody can get a straight answer from case workers, arrears are being dreamt up, Liability orders being granted by Magistrates who state their hands are tied and they have to do as the CSA tell them, some of us have not been informed about court cases and the only way there is any knowledge of a court hearing is when you have a visit from Marston’s bailiffs.
Things are not right, or are they?
We receive loads of phone calls everyday, fathers tearing their hair out because they cannot get a straight answer from case workers, or they have had a liability order granted against them despite paying this agency through an unlawfully imposed deduction from earnings order. A lot of complaints are mainly about case workers who do not return phone calls, or father stating that they have received a final demand from Marston’s bailiffs stating they are coming to gain access to their property using a locksmith, when the father has called the CSA all they state is that they sent out a letter to him telling him he had to attend court, the only problem there is the CSA do not send out letters, and they do not have to prove any letters have been sent, some enforcement officers have even told fathers there is no need to turn up for court as it is a done deal and the order will be granted. So a lot of you think the Agency is not operating correctly, well in fact it is operating the way it has been planned to operate.
Be Prepared to be blown away
Since Dead Beat Dads Association set up in March 2008 a great deal of research has been done into this the most corrupt Government company, and with the help of other organisations such as DWP Corruption, The Peoples United Community, The UK Column, Get the snout out the trough party and the British Constitution, we have discovered the biggest scam ever known and the CSA are playing a big part within the corruption.
Where do we start
Due to the increase in phone calls and having to go through the same conversation a number of times, we thought we would explain on here to try and make it simple. The thing is where do we start, well bare with us because this goes very deep, and it goes deeper than the CSA. We have for a number of decades now been living in what you could describe as an illusion, and that illusion has been created by our corrupt government with the help of a silent, evil ,unlawful, charitable organisation called Common Purpose, as well as other wealthy institutions, the banking corporations, etc. Common Purpose chooses elitist people from all walks of industry and government sectors. A few examples are The Police, The NHS, the Media, Education system, the Justice System, and even the Child Support Agency, as well as others, far too many to mention.
Common Purpose Common Purpose uses Neuro Lingustical Programming, which is a form of hypnosis, and what it does is plants suggestive phrases or singular words, important words, into the sub conscience mind, and when these words are triggered the person in question behaves erratically and starts talking nonsensically. Common Purpose also use the slogan “Training to lead beyond Authority” why would they need to train people to lead beyond authority?
What we all need to be made aware of is the fact the world is controlled by banks, there are six major banks, soon to merge into one, they are wanting Great Britain to be destroyed as a country, we are not talking blown up destroyed we are talking human rights eroded away, constitutional rights eroded away, democracy destroyed and freedom of speech to be made a thing of the past, in other words they want to control us. They have also realised that this country is becoming over populated, there is not enough money to keep us all going. To compensate for that they need to reduce the population, in comes Common Purpose with their graduates in the NHS, develop a man- made bug or virus to kill off old people or to kill off people who visit hospitals or are patients in hospitals, in comes MRSA, Bring in Common Purpose graduates in the media, lets start printing stories about hospitals being unclean which is where the MRSA bug comes in, they use this a s a smoke screen for the man made virus. Look at food we eat, the air we breath, check out food products look at the chemicals in our food, again Common Purpose graduates in our food industry putting in chemicals that cause cancers, how many of you have noticed the change in the taste of food products over the years?, think about it, take a look at beauty products, look out for the ingredient called PARABENS, this is one of the alleged contributory factors of cancers, look how many chemicals ending in parabens there are in beauty products, they are even found in baby lotions and products so they are planting cancers in us from an early age. Parabens are a manufactured chemical preservative, so they are supposed to be there to prolong the shelf life of products, that the manufacturers arguments and the Health Officers arguments! ( think it is a bit far fetched, do your own research look at how and why things do not seem to be going right) We now have the new so called Swine Flu, which can be argued if it really exists, they are using the media, with the help of Common Purpose graduates to print or scaremonger us into thinking a new epidemic is now raging through our country and that we should all rush out and get this vaccination, what you do not realise is that there is a virus in the vaccine, the vaccine is in fact over 5 years old, shelf life is in fact 5 years borderline, it was manufactured against Bird Flu, we have no idea what this contaminate could be, but you can rest assure that it will be a virus that will sweep the country say in about ten years time which will reduce the population, again you think this is far fetched, just do the research into how the Aids virus started, this was man made and given to us without our knowledge back in the 70s. Driving us into poverty
How many of us are noticing the high increase in everyday living, and more so the amount of bills that we are forced to pay and if we don’t we end up with Liability Orders, fines, CCJ’s registered against us with the end result of bailiffs, repossessions and / or prison. We have been led to believe through the years that the courts are there to make sure justice is done, this could not be further from the truth, The Magistrates courts are a company, they are run by the Ministry of Justice set up by Jack Straw, we have evidence of this here: http://deadbeatdadsassociation.co.uk/index_files/Page9349.htm ,see the report from Dunn and Bradstreet, who are a credit reference agency for companies, also see the report where the Ministry Of Justice has a County Court Judgement registered against it, if it were an authority how can it have a CCJ registered against it? This company can be looked upon as the bank for the Government, who are also a company, look up The Labour Party and the House of Lords on D&B. They are helped along with another company trading as the Police, again you can see police forces registered as a company on Dunn and Bradstreet, they have also been used to rake in revenue for the Government in the form of Fixed Penalty Notices. What most of did not realise was the fact that Mr Straw and Co was putting us all into an illusion, Fixed penalty Notices are in fact illegal, if we care to look at the Bill Of Rights Act you will see that it states "That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void". "Before conviction" means that no fine or forfeit can be imposed until and unless the individual is convicted in a court of law. The police try to tell us that the Road Traffic Act repealed the Bill Of rights Act, unfortunately their lack of knowledge of their own statutes meant they failed to realise that nowhere does it state the RTA repealed or supersedes the BORA. If we kick up a fuss and state that we refuse to pay the illegal Penalty notice you are summoned to the Courts or you are invited to do business with the Magistrates, in other words they want more money from you for failing to pay the illegal penalty notice. The same thing applies when you are invited to do business with them for them to grant an illegal liability Order against you for non payment of child support or arrears.
The Illusion Exposed
Once in the courts you are confronted by three magistrates and a legal advisor, usually known as the Clerk to the Justice, what justice you may ask yourself?, there is none, you are now being duped into their illusion. What we are not aware of is that these people called the Magistrates are duping us into what they call Statute Legislation, Statute Legislation is what they refer to as Acts, Road Traffic Act, Health and Safety Act and yes the Child Support Act. Our friends known as case workers of the CSA or the Police or any other so called authority think that these are laws, they are in fact nothing of the sort, they are rules or legislation, but they are most certainly NOT the law, you can only have a force of law imposed upon you if you CONSENT to it, more illusions, they need your CON sent, they are conning you into their statute legislation. How do they con you?, you may ask yourself, to do this they have to get you to contract with them, there it is again CON tract, and how they do that is by linking your human self to your corporation. Your Corporation is given to you by the Government which is how they control you and dictate to you, your corporation is known as the BIRTH CERTIFICATE, your name is not you, it is a piece of paper given to you without your consent by your parent(s), realistically your parents handed over ownership of you to the Government and the Government issue you with their controlling document known as the birth certificate. Your name is not you, it is purely a piece of PAPER, so how do they get you to CONtract with your piece of paper, its simple, what do the Police ask for when the stop you?, what do the courts do when you enter into court?, they ask you to confirm your name, you state I’m Mr A.N. Other, bingo they have linked you to that piece of paper and then you have contracted with the Courts, the Police the CSA or whoever. The Birth certificate needs you, your living flesh and blood body, to represent it or RE present it. Statute legislation is also known as Admiralty Law or the Law of the Sea, what we in fact should be governed by is what we call Common Law which is the Law of the Land, and that law is NEVER TAKE ANOTHER HUMAN LIFE, NEVER CAUSE ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL LOSS OR HARM AND NEVER COMMIIT FRAUD WITHIN A CONTRACT, 3 simple, yet effective laws that cover All bases within society.
Statute Legislation Now you are aware of admiralty law or the law of the sea, the picture starts to become a bit more clearer about the illusion we have been conned into, why do you think when you are invited to the courts they ask you to step into the DOCK, presuming you are a vessel? You are not you are you, a human being, made of flesh and blood. Why do you think you have a Birth (Berth) Certificate and why to travel overseas you have to have a Passport (Passing the Port), it is all to do with luring you into Admiralty Law, or linking our human self with the legal fiction known as the birth certificate, all broken or bad laws which a corrupt evil company by the name of The Government are imposing upon us every day and millions of us accept it without questioning it.
Our children are not ours We mentioned earlier about us being CONned into things, we would like to make you aware of your child(ren) not being yours, when you actually register your child(ren) at birth you are handing over ownership of your child(ren) to the Government, you only become a guardian. Once they become the property of the Government then they can do what they like with their property, they can send in their social services to remove their children from the guardians and place them into care if they believe that the parent or guardian is not looking after them, although we have other proof that the children are being used for other activities which we will not mention and these activities are being controlled by corrupt high court judges, this is why we have the closed family courts, CAFCASS are another corrupt company working on behalf of the Government in order to help steal children so that money can be made from them, again look up and research it, check out http://www.stopcp.com/ look at what is going on.
The CSA/CMEC Now you get the picture or at least we hope you do. A lot of you who have contacted us always say the same, why or how do the CSA get away with what they do, the answer is simple, they have Common Purpose graduates working within, remember Common Purpose training elitists to lead BEYOND authority, Janet Paraskeva who ran the National Lottery Charities Board, remember the fiddles that went on with money taken from the Lottery, she then went on to found a venerable organisation in internal trauma and in need of reform and fresh direction, both of which she duly delivered, now you see what she has created in the law system and the corupt court system and now she is the first Chairwoman of the Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission. She is a Common Purpose graduate now taking the CSA/CMEC into leading beyond authority, now the picture becomes a lot clearer, and you now she why the CSA can make up figures of arrears then serve it upon the already paying father, then you see why the CSA then opt for an easy money making option of imposing the DEO using intimidating tactics on the employer, and then you see why the CSA then take fathers to court for a liability order to be imposed upon the father and the magistrates cannot question how the CSA do their calculations.

We have now established that the Magistrates cannot grant any order over the sum of Ł5000 but how many of us know this? not many, the magistrates have had their hands tied due to statute legislations made up that breach our human and constitutional rights, again how many of us have figured this out? not many. Janet paraskeva stated that she worked in women's aid projects, and with community workers, who knew the difficulties that some of the parents with care [of children] were actually having, Dead Beat Dads wondered if she ever had any experience with fathers aid projects working with fathers whose ex wives stopped access to their children for monetary reasons, or fathers who were prevented from seeing their children because of the corrupt closed court system who believed trumped up lies given by the mother and social services, we guess she hasn’t. All of this is to break up the family unit, break the people of this country in order to get us ready for the NEW WORLD ORDER. How does the CSA come into this you may wonder, well it is quite simple to work it out, they want us driven into poverty and we are living in a country that has an anti male government, just take Harriet Harmen for instance and her little quote in the Houses of Parliament not so long ago when she was filling in for the unelected Kiddie Fiddler Prime Minister Gordon Brown, she stated that if she was to be made Prime Minister then every male in the country would flock to the nearest airport to leave the country, Harriet Harman also wanted peodophilia legalised a few years ago. This why the CSA target the males, the ones who are working and especially the ones whose ex partners are on benefits. The reason for making up arrears means that the CSA are making money for the Government, the treasury, lets not forget these are companies not authorities, nobody can question how the CSA do their calculations, i.e. the courts, again the company trading as the Government, and this company has made up acts or statute legislation which we are led to believe are laws which they pass in the other company trading as the House of Lords. So the CSA are taking money direct from your wages, and now they want another chunk of your money, bring in the Magistrates to unlawfully grant liability orders minus a jury. Now we have money going to the government direct from your wages so now you are on a reduced income, the government are now taking extra money because for every liability order granted by the corrupt magistrates because the magistrates get a percentage of every liability order granted. They CSA have the cheek to say that they are reducing child poverty, so how are they doing that when they are taking money from the father’s wages, taking money through Liability Orders, which then forces the father into complete poverty, because he then cannot afford to pay his normal bills, which then lands him back in court for unpaid bills whichthen means bailiffs and more court costs which inturn means he has lost his home, his job and is forced to go back to his parents house or out on the streets or worse suicide, lwets not forget the CSA have claimed 61 fathers lives, thats 61 sets of children without as father and guess what... no money coming in from the father. The CSA and the Government are not bothered about this because they have made their money and what they then do is move on to the next victim and the process starts all over again.
