Text Box: Rounded Rectangle: CSA/CMEC getting concerned about
Dead Beat Dads

It is official the CSA/CMEC have admitted we are causing them problems especially in court. It seems as though the CSA do not like the fact we have uncovered their unlawful activities. We all know they use intimidating procedures to establish the payment of the invented arrears they also use indirect manipulation on the non resident parents partner, which in turn puts pressure on the relationship.

Are we doing anything unlawful you may ask yourself?, the answer is no we are not, we are just uncovering the methods by which the CSA/CMEC use to obtain money fraudulently. However it does not stop there, the Magistrates Courts are all in on it too, so if you think the Magistrates are there to show you any justice think again, they are a there purely as a bank for the Government, next time you’re in a Magistrates Court look at all the posters, look at how they state about paying your fines, what happens when you don’t pay your fine, how to make paying your fine easy, how it becomes a criminal offence when you don’t pay your fine, ask the Courts about their BUSINESS PLAN. See how many posters you see about them reducing crime,,,,,,,,, what poster ?. The CSA and the Magistrates Court are working in conjunction with each other, to assist the CSA in obtaining as much revenue as possible.

We now have evidence that the CSA  have admitted  that they sometimes are able to influence an Independent Tribunal Service although not always, so now we are aware the Independent Tribunal aren’t really independent, although why would they be?, they work for the same company, the Government.

Our Actions, when we represent our members in court, are not really favoured by the CSA nor the Courts themselves, however this is because some the Magistrates are not really Magistrates they are most of the time Solicitors, hence the reason they along with the Court Presenting Officer,  are already in the court room when you get in there. A proper Magistrates Court with proper Magistrates  would enter the room after you have gone in. We have a good group of members and a great bunch of Area Reps not to mention those guys who represent members who are out of our area, they are a great asset to our Association and helping bringing the injustices of the CSA and the Courts to light.
